Throughout the Festival Gallery Oldham continue to provide an exciting programme of 'Give it a go' arts and craft sessions for all the family, inspired by different exhibitions taking place in the gallery : Made In Oldham, Life Forms, Stained Glass and Sports for Sport's Sake. No need to book just drop in for a warm welcome and invitation to take part in the activities, including face painting! Children must be accompanied by an adult at all times.

Party In The Park

Fun and entertainment for all the family in Tamworth Street Park. This will be the third annual 'Party In The Park' since its' regeneration was completed in 2006. The event will be opened by The Worshipful, The Mayor of Oldham Metropolitan Borough, Councillor Shoab Akhtar and will feature music, crafts, childrens activities and much more.

Bushart Debut Gig ‘Yesterday Is History’

A Festival and Oldham band night first at The Castle.A live set which will be used as part of ‘Dermo’s Lethal Dancehall’a music night for the seriously music minded. The gig coincides with therelease of their new album, Yesterday is History. This is thefirst time the band have played live with the full line–up and is a warm-up to their much heralded gig at Manchester’s Academy 3 Friday 10th October.
